A downloadable game for Windows

You wake up all alone in a  cold cathedral. Somehow this place seems familiar to you. A tiny candle makes its way to you, begging you to talk to some... bird? Why? Well... the cathedral you're in is slowly drowning in dark 'goo'.

What is this all about? Find out in our dark adventure RPG Fabus Rex.

Fabus Rex is a Pixelart RPG that tackles topics such as depression and anxiety. You play a dead-looking man called Carolus. He makes his way through his home - the life-draining cathedral - only to be confronted by all the things he did wrong when he was young. This is a story that talks about the mistakes people make, what being alone really feels like and how one can get out of this pitch-black hole called depression if they're given the right amount of help. It's a story about overcoming your past mistakes to make a better future - about redemption.

Thank you and sorry for a lot of unnecessary bugs! A lot of elements were crunchtime-last-minute stuff and everything was programmed in a timeframe of under 4 weeks while we had to learn a lot new stuff about programming, Unity3D, game design and stuff that wasn't put in . I'm really glad the game didn't break. You review was really helpful! Greetings from Germany, Ole

Wir beobachten dich, Ole G.

Wer bist du und warum kommentierst du das hier?

Und dich beobachten wir jetzt auch!
